A great opportunity for an experienced ad ops specialist to join one of the most exciting out-of-home TV/AV networks in the UK. C-Screens play a vital role in delivering top-class video content and advertising campaigns across some of the largest UK landowners. Our portfolio will enable the successful candidate to work across our diverse TV channels including Shopping Centres, Football Stadiums, Pharmacies, Powerleague, and our Summer and Winter Live events.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyse data to a high standard, enabling them to manage the campaigns’ execution and success. The candidate will need to manage/schedule relevant TV content ensuring each bespoke audience is entertained and engaged with the screens.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process and schedule TV out-of-home campaigns using various CMS and video player systems including CScreens’ own CPlayer.
2. Advertising inventory supply and demand management of individual TV channels.
3. Work closely with the Adops Execs to produce insightful post-campaign reporting with a good understanding of clients and the sales teams’ expectations and requirements.
4. Oversee media bookings and manage the campaign pipeline.
5. Recommend campaign strategies and optimal campaign delivery plans.
6. Apply multiple sources of data, optimising campaigns for best performance.
7. Process and analyse campaign data and produce actionable improvements.
8. Forecast data such as footfall, audiences, and impact delivery.
9. Manage rollout of new ad formats.
10. Lead programmatic delivery and growth with the sales director; manage and implement VAST tags.
11. Provide support for ad-player installation & audience tracking management.
12. Participate in ad effectiveness research projects.
13. Renew and record keeping audience data across various TV channels and propose on audience strategy.
14. Demonstrated experience working in an ad ops role in the TV advertising space is a bonus.
15. Effective cross-departmental communication.

17. Conduct competitive analysis, scoping, and tender for the best tech solution.
18. Experience with launching/bringing new products to market.
19. Ability to meet tight deadlines, strong attention to detail with good project management skills.
