Job Description
* Lead on evidence-based academic workforce planning within Higher Education.
* Support the modernisation of pay frameworks, ensuring alignment with career progression opportunities.
* Implement effective performance management processes.
* Review and enhance academic progression, development, and terms & conditions.
* Manage academic promotion processes and support contract implementation.
* Develop and refine policy and process frameworks to drive institutional improvements.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in academic workforce planning within a Higher Education setting.
* Demonstrated expertise in modernising pay frameworks linked to career progression.
* Strong understanding of academic performance management, promotions, and contract implementation.
* Ability to start within 2-4 weeks.
