Look no further! We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team based at the Excel in London.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
2. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
3. Work with Warehouse Manager on all Health and Safety requirements.
4. Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to enhance overall performance.
5. Liaise with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer demands effectively.
6. Provide regular reports and updates to management on warehouse activities and performance metrics.
7. Use Clarity to help plan jobs and control costs.
8. Train and further develop new members of your team.
9. Ensure all departments have all necessary materials to carry out duties.
10. Work closely with production to ensure loading deadlines are met as per business requirements.
11. Unloading and loading of shows from warehouse to show location within venues.
12. Prepare and pack all show requirements, making sure all stock is labelled as required.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory role.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
4. Knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse procedures.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Salary:
This role offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level.
Hours of work:
You may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods to meet the demands of the business, including overseas travel as required.
Annual leave:
Our holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays).
