Role Overview The PMO Manager plays a key role within the Real Estate team, which is responsible for delivering a portfolio comprising programs and projects across multiple geographies, including the UK and NSE. Operating within the PMO function, this role provides strategic direction, governance, and oversight while ensuring consistency and adherence to project management standards across all real estate activities. The PMO Manager will operate at both strategic and tactical levels, championing efficient processes and driving the success of the real estate portfolio. This role fosters a project-oriented culture and maximizes the value of the PMO function within the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of respect, inclusion, and collaboration while ensuring alignment with real estate objectives. Develop and implement the Real Estate PMO Framework and Governance model, driving best practices across all projects and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Own and manage reporting mechanisms that provide regular updates to senior management. Provide support and guidance to project delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, ensuring consistency in the implementation of PMO standards and procedures. Support the broader Real Estate Corporate Strategy while championing continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Strong project and program management skills with experience in managing workstreams and applying a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively under pressure, balancing multiple priorities while meeting time constraints. Extensive experience in a Real Estate PMO role, with exposure to estate management, capital project delivery, workplace strategy, or design. Proven team management abilities, with experience in prioritizing deliverables within a demanding environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with strong analytical capabilities to ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables. Experience in project development, planning, and execution. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and drive productive discussions
