The Role:
To be part of the team supporting applicants, students and staff to record information in the Student Records System (SITS), paying attention to the quality of the data collected and ensuring that the data is fit for purpose for internal and external stakeholders.
The postholder will be expected to deliver a high-quality customer focused service to all SITS users, answering queries and problem solving as necessary. To understand the necessity for valid data to be held against the student and curriculum records and the breadth of usage for this data internally and externally for use in reporting and statutory returns.
To be responsible for operating and controlling the relevant business processes associated with SITS under the direction of senior Academic Services staff.
