We are actively recruiting an Administrator who will support with dispatch duties. This opportunity is temp to perm opportunity on a full time basis, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Main duties will include (but not limited to): Coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, and maintaining documentation Organise transportation logistics, including liaising with transport companies Manage and update spreadsheets and delivery notes to track shipments and ensure accurate records Communicate with transport companies to arrange deliveries and resolve any issues or delays Input job details and delivery information into the system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date Schedule and manage deliveries, working closely with customers to ensure smooth operations.
