About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership role within the College, overseeing the entire Health & Social Care provision. Many colleges would call this position a ‘Faculty Head’. The role is key to driving forward student success and ensuring our provision continues to grow and thrive.
The main challenge in this role will be managing new courses, checking and monitoring the planning to ensure effectiveness and lead the team, as well as improving student progress (with ALPS scores currently ranging from 2-4). We are seeking an individual who can work at pace, maintain an unwavering focus on student outcomes, and inspire colleagues to achieve excellence.
