Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a pleasant experience while maintaining high standards of hospitality. You will supervise staff, manage resources effectively, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Duties
1. Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the gym.
2. Lead and motivate team members to deliver great customer service.
3. Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.
5. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
6. Maintain accurate records of daily operations and report any issues to senior management.
7. Expectation to work evenings and weekends.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a client facing role is desirable.
2. Holding of CWI (Climbing wall instructor) qualification would be great but not essential.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
5. Experience in using POS systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
