An opportunity has arisen for a band 7 nurse to take up the post of Physical Health Site Practitioner (PHSP).
This post is an integral part of the Nursing Division, reports to the Head of Physical Health and Infection, Prevention and Control, and works with a very professional and friendly physical health team, including two other PHSPs. This post directly improves the experience for people using our services and leads to better outcomes. It supports our clinical staff by guiding them in managing people’s physical health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support physical health assessment, intervention, and management of care.
2. Delivery of physical health education, training, and advice.
3. Effective MDT working and communication.
