As a Market Insights Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping Expedia's growth across key EMEA travel markets. You’ll analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable playbooks to guide Global Markets and other cross-functional teams in executing impactful initiatives. Collaborates with finance and analytics teams on forecasting and other relevant topics. Experience 5 years for Bachelor's 3 years for Master's Education Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent experience Functional/ Technical Skills Develops and drives significant and sustained change and performance improvement from data-driven insights in a number of different areas or contexts. Demonstrates proficient knowledge of spreadsheet tools and dashboards to analyze data (e.g. excel, Tableau). Able to query data and perform complex pieces of analysis with autonomy Able to build Tableau dashboards from scratch Stats knowledge (e.g. regression, causality vs correlation). Partners with analysts to collect and analyze data by articulating clear requirements for analyses. Has a solid understanding of more complex research analysis such as choice modeling. Supports stakeholders to clarify and simplify their requests.
