* Collaborate with our executive search team to understand and meet client needs, providing solutions that align with their strategic goals.
* Achieve and surpass assigned business development targets, contributing significantly to the team's success.
* Offer timely feedback and market insights to our teams to help refine our services and offerings.
Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience in relationship management within recruitment or one of the above sectors.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
