Finance Automation Analyst Finance Analytics Administrator 2 Job Title: Finance Automation Analyst Location: London The Role: Context and Purpose: As part of Flutter’s Finance Automation strategy, we are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for problem-solving and experience in data and analytics. The Finance Automation Analyst role is part of Flutter Group Finance Systems and Technology, a global organization that includes renowned brands such as Paddy Power, Betfair, FanDuel, and PokerStars. This exciting role will focus on the day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of automated workflows, providing support to internal stakeholders, and resolving data-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of data, systems, and automation and will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through automation as Flutter continues to expand its global reach. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide timely updates on workflow performance and issues. Maintain and monitor automation workflows to ensure smooth operations and efficiency. Perform routine data monitoring, identifying and addressing issues proactively. Handle ad-hoc triage, including responding to and resolving technical errors and requests. Design and build Automation workflows for a range of finance processes. Key Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx Designer. Experience of using Alteryx Server beneficial Experience of writing and querying using SQL. Strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis and automation. Previous experience in a data or systems analyst role is advantageous. Foundational understanding of data management, system operations, and automation tools. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Desire to continuously learn and stay current with new technologies and best practices in automation and data analysis. Nice to Have: An interest in finance or accounting, particularly in applying automation to financial processes. Experience or familiarity with Oracle EPM ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service). Exposure to Tableau for data visualization. Knowledge of programming in Python, R, or JavaScript.
