HR Business Partner – 6–9 Month Fixed Term Contract – Norwich or Camden, London, Hybrid working on offer – Start ASAP
Reed Talent Professionals are supporting a reputable Housing Association based in Norwich in the search for HR Business Partner to join their friendly team and play a pivotal role in shaping, developing, and delivering HR services that reflect our core values and priorities.
The HRBP will provide support to large-scale change projects across the organisation. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders, influencing management teams to adopt best practice HR in support of business plans and objectives.
Provide strategic and operational HR leadership to drive the delivery of the HR Strategy.
Facilitate key HR areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement, and performance management.
Assist in building talent pipelines and driving resourcing plans within the business area(s).
Work with management teams to define and develop organisational talent, addressing performance proactively.
Offer up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates, develop policies in line with current legislation, and stay abreast of HR best practices and workplace trends.
Strategise case management to effectively manage risk for the group.
Advise on complex Employee Relations matters and interpret people data and analytics to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Act as the HR contact point for a wide range of HR activities, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, and performance management.
Provide comprehensive workshops covering management responsibilities in HR best practices.
A degree or equivalent experience in HR.
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
Relevant and demonstrable HR experience in large complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of current HR issues and trends, with evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
Experience in a business partner model, creating positive business outcomes with local managers.
Strong organisational and planning skills, with flexibility in approach.
Attention to detail and experience using data to inform decision-making.
Commercial insight with the ability to manage and identify risks.

Annual leave starting at 25 days, increasing with service to 33 days.
Matched pension contributions from 4% up to 10%.
