About the Role
* Lead a sourcing strategy across the UK & ROI covering both technical and quality requirements for the service line.
* Design and implement category strategies to improve commercial performance at a regional level while maintaining compliance with company policies and mitigating risk.
* Work closely with FM Platform on make vs buy decisions as part of FM Transformation and support the creation of a project management framework.
* Ensure categories are reviewed in accordance with best practices, including business needs analysis, market analysis, category strategy, and supplier relationship management.
* Support the regional buying function by considering the differences between UK and Ireland geographical requirements when developing the sourcing strategy.
* Design and implement strategies to achieve high performance while ensuring continuity and risk mitigation.
* Ensure the relevant due diligence and buying process is adopted across all categories within remit.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven 7-8 years of experience in supply management.
* A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
* An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Fluency in English; French/Spanish is a plus.
* Graduate with CIPS/ISM or equivalent qualification preferred.
* Experience managing key FM Categories.
