Performance Activation Director

The Role
The Performance Activation Director will serve as the senior activation role within their business unit, accountable for campaign execution across all major platforms within Paid Social, Programmatic, Paid Search, and Retail Media.
Individuals in this role possess deep digital activation experience and a drive to elevate campaign delivery through sophisticated activation strategies and a Performance Mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Accountable for supporting the Planning department by providing data, insights, and previous learnings to create best-in-class media planning tactics.
* Ensure the best-in-class Digital execution process is developed and implemented across your client portfolio.
* Oversee cross-channel approaches, using data to inform optimization strategies and improve account performance.
* Complete and update incremental test & learn frameworks across all clients.
* Deliver high-quality analyses and reports for all in and post-campaign activities.
* Ensure full adoption of proprietary and third-party tools for execution, tracking, optimization, management, and analytics.
* Work closely with key Media partners on product developments and account growth opportunities.
* Build relationships with senior media and technology partners to ensure technology is at the forefront.
* Create benchmarks across all platforms to inform campaign measurement.
* Develop the Business Unit’s Activation team with clear roles & responsibilities.
* Create career progression objectives for the Business Unit’s Activation members.
* Assist with new business support and submissions when required.
* Ensure financial accuracy through the planning & buying process, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Skills And Experience
* Best-in-class knowledge and experience of activating campaigns across digital channels.
* Ensure certifications across all activation platforms are completed and up-to-date.
* Extensive experience in client servicing.
* Track record of line management and team development.
