Juice Recruitment is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to oversee the daily operations of their establishment client to join their HR department and drive key HR initiatives.
DAY TO DAY:
As HR Manager, you will:
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
* Advise on employee relations matters, including grievances and performance management
* Support business areas with HR guidance and coaching
* Develop and implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance
* Manage HR data, reporting, and HR system administration
* Contribute to Learning & Development initiatives
* Assist with key HR projects around wellbeing, engagement, and retention
Experience & Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Manager role
* Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
* CIPD qualification is desirable, but hands-on experience is essential
* Experience in Learning & Development is desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and HRIS systems
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Salary: £40,000 per annum depending on experience
