Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, handling incoming tickets and calls with professionalism.
2. Work closely with engineers and management to route technical issues to the appropriate resources.
3. Keep end users informed with timely updates on the status of their requests.
4. Manage the full lifecycle of tickets, from creation to resolution.
What We're Looking For:
Technical Skills:
1. Ability to translate technical jargon into easy-to-understand language.
2. Proficient in using Windows desktop computers.
3. Experience with helpdesk systems is a plus.
4. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Willingness to develop your ICT skills.
