Job summary Due to the expansion of our Overnight Community Nursing Services, An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced community nurse to work as part of a wider team covering Urgent Community Nursing Care for West Sussex. We are offering an opportunity to work overnight from 23:00hrs to 08:00hrs from a base in Chichester alongside a Healthcare assistant. You will be part of a team with bases in Arundel/Lancing Brighton and Crawley. All teams cross cover the areas to ensure thequickest response to patients in need of urgent care. Main duties of the job Providing Urgent care to patients requiring care in the Community, including care of End of Life patients, those with catheter related problems & any other Urgent care needs. A pool car will be available and you will be expected to drive it, however, on occasions, you may need to use your own car. You will need to be confident driving at night. About us Why work for us?
