We are delighted to be working with a key client to recruit a qualified accountant who will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of change projects. The role requires a qualified accountant who excels in communication and leadership to ensure the smooth integration of acquired businesses. This is an initial 6 month FTC and requires an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of acquired businesses.
2. Manage system migrations to ensure a smooth transition to existing reporting processes.
3. Develop comprehensive plans for change projects and lead their execution.
4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project delivery within deadlines.
5. Play a key role in developing and implementing strategies for successful project outcomes.
What do you need to be considered?
1. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience in managing change projects.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
4. Experience in system migrations and integration projects.
5. Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
