Communications Business Partner
This 12-month FTC is a unique chance to drive communications for a major transformation at Refresco. As Communications Business Partner, you’ll lead UK-wide engagement for the Aspire+ SAP Implementation Programme, ensuring clear, impactful messaging across all levels. Reporting to the Organisational Change Manager, you’ll play a key role in the programme’s success within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Travel to our other UK sites will be required.

About The Role
In 2025-2026, we’re transitioning to a single platform with a new SAP S/4 HANA-based ERP system. Our colleagues and partners need to understand its impact and benefits.
As a Communications Business Partner, you’ll drive UK communications for the Aspire+ SAP Implementation Programme, ensuring clear, proactive engagement across sites. Reporting to the Organisational Change Manager, your role will be key to the programme’s success.
The key duties and responsibilities will be to:
* Lead in the development & delivery of multi-channel internal (with colleagues) and external (with customers and suppliers) communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
* Plan and manage multi-site communications campaigns and ensure organised and effective coordination.
* Collaborate closely with programme and business leadership to understand programme priorities translating them into actionable communications plans.
* Develop high quality, engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and programme objectives.
* Work with and manage 3rd party suppliers on the delivery of communication campaign content.
* Support Programme stakeholder management activities and regular management of the Change Network messaging.
* Monitor the effectiveness of communications campaigns using KPIs and data to review approach and adapt to stakeholder needs.
* Act as the OCM’s point of contact in our Bridgwater site and be the programmes “ears to the ground” to highlight areas of focus.
* Escalate risks and issues where relevant to the Organisational Change Manager.
About You
The ideal candidate is a driven and experienced internal communications professional, skilled at delivering clear, engaging, and inspiring messaging.
You’ll take full ownership of communications for the programme, connecting with stakeholders at all levels—from Leadership Team executives to frontline manufacturing colleagues. With a strategic mindset and creative flair, you’ll plan, design, and implement high-quality change communications, ensuring they are both effective and engaging.
Confident in building relationships across the business, you understand how successful change programmes are delivered and can independently shape and execute a communications approach from concept to completion.
