Salary: 26,000 - 26,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* Eager to learn and develop new IT skills.
* Organised, motivated, and able to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* Patient and approachable when working with users of varying technical abilities.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Desirable: Experience with help desk applications, knowledge of M365 administration, Windows & Mobile OS troubleshooting, basic networking and cloud services knowledge, and IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A).
Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
* Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking.
* Manage hardware provisioning and maintain IT equipment.
* Create and update user documentation.
* Travel to various sites when required (pool vehicle provided).
* Escalate issues to third-party providers when necessary.
