Learning Support Assistant - North Tyneside
The Education Network is currently working in partnership with an excellent middle school in North Tyneside in search of a Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. The role is to start as soon as possible and has no fixed end date.
In order to be successful in your application, you must be confident and have some experience of supporting children to achieve their learning goals within a school setting, preferably with the secondary school/middle school age group.
Requirements for this role:
1. Be a qualified HLTA
2. Experience working in a school within the past 2 years
3. Have strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with staff and students.
4. Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
5. At least two years of work history/education which can be referenced.
6. A valid DBS certificate or the willingness to apply for one.
