Responsibilities
1. Provide first-line support for customer inquiries and technical issues related to security products
2. Handle helpdesk requests and assist with test & returns processes
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder systems
4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
5. Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical solutions
Qualifications
1. Technical-minded individual with a passion for the security industry
2. Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably within the security or related industry
3. Strong knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder systems
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Day-to-day
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat
2. Collaborate with the test & returns team to troubleshoot and evaluate returned products
3. Research and stay updated on new security technologies and products to enhance technical expertise
4. Engage in continuous improvement by providing valuable feedback for product enhancement
