We are seeking experienced Fleet Coordinator to liaise with internal colleagues, external organisations and members of the public. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operation of the fleet department. Responsible for all aspects of fleet e.g. dealing with drivers, suppliers, manufacturers, and insurers. Ensure vehicles are maintained and meet legal requirements. Maintain the fleet management database & telematic software, ensuring all records are kept up to date. Produce internal reporting to assist management in monitoring and improving performance. Off hiring of vehicles for leavers, including arranging cleaning / valets Administer insurance claims including liaising with managers and the insurance company as appropriate. Order fuel cards Onboarding of new starters including: allocating an appropriate vehicle, arranging for trackers and livery, updating fleet management system, and undertaking driving license checks. Arrange service and repairs of vehicles with approved suppliers, including replacement vehicles as appropriate. Any other duties commensurate with position. Administrate recharges for fines and tickets in conjunction with Finance In conjunction with the Fleet Manager / Group Fleet team assist with co-ordinating the roll out of new fleet Ensure compliance with all company standards, policies, and procedures Manage vehicle incidents and complaints, investigating and dealing with them promptly. Review driver behavior and organize driver training for repeat offenders. Record and review company vehicle drivers’ licenses, including MOT & Insurance certificates for grey fleet drivers. Skills, experience & qualifications: Experience of working in a Fleet role Experience of building positive relationships with key stakeholders to affect positive change.
