Duties:
* Utilise social media platforms for candidate sourcing and engagement
* Assist in lead generation activities to attract potential candidates
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify staffing needs
* Maintain candidate databases using HRIS systems like Workday and PeopleSoft
* Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Support relationship management with potential candidates
* Utilise ATS systems such as Salesforce and Taleo for candidate tracking
Skills:
* Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes
* Experience with HRIS systems like Workday and PeopleSoft
* Strong lead generation skills to attract top talent
* Familiarity with ATS systems such as Salesforce and Taleo
