Our Internal Recruitment Team delivers crucial support to our Community and Residential services. We are looking for a Recruitment Team Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month maternity cover contract. You will support the team across a variety of tasks including our sponsorship process, compliance, audits, Indeed reviews, and other projects to help improve our candidate journey and service to our operational teams. This will also include supporting the recruitment team to process candidates from application right through to their first day. We are looking for someone that has an analytical approach to work, with good attention to detail and able to manage a variety of projects at once.
As a Recruitment Team Coordinator, your duties will include:
* Supporting our sponsorship process
* Updating and maintenance of our trackers
* Reporting to our operational teams on key recruitment information
* Answering the recruitment inbound line when the team are engaged
* Supporting the team with processing new applications, including pre-screening, interview confirmation emails, obtaining compliance, submitting DBS checks, sending employment packs for sign off, and creating and sending new starter forms to HR/Payroll
* RTW checks for new candidates
* Capturing weekly notes at our recruitment meetings
