Job summary We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Rehabilitation Assistant (Band 3) to join the rehabilitation team at St. Benedicts Hospice and Centre for Specialist Palliative in Sunderland. You will work closely with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists in the delivery of individual plans of care for patients, working across all departments.
