Skills Coach – Safeguarding Officer Up to £35,000 per annum, experience dependent Remote with travel required, to meet business needs.

1. You are familiar with community engagement strategies, local services, and support networks to meet Safeguarding needs.
You have demonstrable experience of having utilised internal and external stakeholder networks to meet safeguarding requirements whilst escalating as appropriate.
Providing a varied programme of delivery in line with the required qualification, teaching, training, support, mentoring and development of learners.
Coaching learners within their workplace to ensure the timely achievement of their apprenticeship from onboarding to end-point assessment. Key Responsibilities: Engagement with employers and learners to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
Meeting KPIs set for starts, progression, achievement, leavers and customer satisfaction in line with quality, compliance and financial targets.
Maintain a caseload of learners delivering sector-specific programmes including developing Maths, English & ICT skills alongside personal development, behaviours & attitudes.
Ensure all quality and compliance processes are fully adhered to mitigate risks to funding, achievement rates and employer, learner satisfaction.
2. Ensure individual experience and subject area knowledge is up to date and current through Continuous Personal Development, including sharing good practice, engaging with training and acquiring/maintaining any individual qualifications required for the role.
3. Skills & Experience: D32/33/A1 equivalent.
