Mental Health Support Worker
to provide complex care for a adolescent patient in North Wales(Local to Bangor). This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact in the life of a young adult, working in a supportive, caring environment in a home-based setting.Location: North Wales
Hours: Day Shifts 12 hours, Night shifts 12 Hours, 7 days per week
Pay:
£14.50 per hour (via PAYE) or £18.27 per hour (via Umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality
care
to a young Adult.
Ability to problem solve & de-escalate a possible crisis.
Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means.
Strong interpersonal skills, along with empathy
Must have a calm demeanour and be able to offer reassurance.
Maintain clear and accurate care observation records
Requirements:
At least a 2 years’ experience working in Mental Health
Proven experience in
complex mental healthcare
, especially with working with those in a crisis.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Airmid care team, MDT and family if required.
Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient-focused care
