Due to our current bandwidth and availability, we are seeking a Project Coordinator to become a part of our dynamic and expanding PMO team. This role will require onsite attendance at our offices based in Northwich, Cheshire. The ideal candidate must be willing to commute and work on-site. The Role: Scheduling of engineering resource to various in flight projects Creation and regular updating of commercial trackers and project documentation Facilitating customer kick off calls Coordinating projects E2E to successful completion and invoicing The Person: Previous, demonstratable experience in a similar role as a Project Coordinator/Administrator. Experience working in the I.T technology sector is also advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail/Good Organisation skills Ability to work well under pressure and work independently/or collaboratively in a team.
