He has a wealth of experience built up over 30 years in contaminated land, earthworks and infrastructure. We are based in the North West of England and specialise in Civil Engineering, Remediation and Demolition. They have an in-depth knowledge of local ground conditions and ability to draw on an established set of supply chain partners. Civil and Remediation provide services as either the main contractor or as enabling the work of another firm. They undertake both traditional and design & build schemes. The Position Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Junior – Apprenticeship Apprenticeship Course: Level 4 Data Analyst Installer Apprenticeship Duration: 16 months 3 months for EPA Location: Crewe & South Cheshire Area Working Hours: Hours TBC Salary: Salary TBC Role and Responsibilities: · To manage marketing searches, client contact, LinkedIn posts, case studies and PQQ responses and submissions, including all file structure set up and data management · To manage estimating data and tenders received, load on to the system. To schedule tender input of measurement, procurement programme and pricing. To finalise tender submission structure and manage all submissions post tender questions and meetings including all file structure set up and data management · To prepare post award, team start up meetings and data flow included accountabilities around start up actions including all project file structure set up and data management · To prepare and provide start up and starter for 10 Safety policy and procedure data · To manage client data and QA system engagement during works wrt to change notice and co-ordinate for site team allowing timely response on cost and time impact if any · To ensure site data is logged in file systems and secured Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: We are looking for someone ideally local to the Crewe area, it would be positive if they drive.
