Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
As the Propositions Lead you will be responsible for developing and embedding new and existing, business-led propositions across the firm. Your role will involve creating and maintaining Value Propositions for each Market-Led Business Unit ensuring they align with the firm's strategic goals and are led by client need. You'll work with a diverse set of stakeholders to develop and deliver initiatives at pace, whilst managing risk and project requirements. Additionally, you will support the creation of compelling business cases to drive the firm's strategic agenda and support the delivery of new and evolved propositions to market.
You will monitor existing product performance on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities for improvement, refinement, improved profitability, increased efficiency, replacement or removal from the portfolio.
What you will be doing
* Lead the development of new propositions and enhance existing ones to meet market demands and client needs.
* Create and maintain the firm's value propositions and unique selling points, ensuring they are compelling and clearly communicated to clients and stakeholders.
* Utilise Market Research and Client Insight to identify trends, opportunities and competitive positioning.
* Support the implementation of a go-to-market strategy for the proposition.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including legal practice groups, business development and marketing, to ensure alignment on proposition objectives, priorities and success measures.
* Contribute to the firm's strategic planning process by providing insights and recommendations based on market and client data.
* Ensure that propositions comply with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
* Regularly review and refine propositions based on performance data, market changes, and customer feedback.
* Provide training and support to internal teams on the firm's propositions and how to effectively communicate them to clients.
* Regularly monitor proposition performance to identify opportunities for improvement, refinement, improved profitability, increased efficiency, replacement, or removal from the portfolio.

* Strong organisational skills, with an ability to meet challenging deadlines.
* Analytical with strong attention to detail.
* Project management experience.
* Experience in agile development.
* Legal sector knowledge or experience desirable.
* Broad experience with customer insight, segmentation and research methodologies desirable.
* Marketing experience is desirable.
* Strong leadership and influencing skills.
