Learning and Teaching Administrator (0.5 FTE)

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 17.5 per week (hybrid working available)
Location: Glasgow Campus or Forres Campus
Salary: Grade 3, £24,044 - £26,642 per annum (pro rata)
The Learning and Teaching Team are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated administrator to deliver an excellent stakeholder experience through professional and proactive administrative support within the Learning and Teaching Team and Programme Development Team.
As Learning and Teaching Administrator, you will be an integral member of the team working across both the Learning and Teaching Team and Programme Development Team providing high-quality administrative support. In this role, you will provide essential administration for the portfolio of courses and CPD activities offered by both teams, including the Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching, PGT Cross School Electives, and First Year Experience Courses. In addition, you will provide administrative support to team members supporting core activities through events, meetings, and financial processes.
The successful candidate will have strong experiences in previous administrative roles, with desirable experience working in an administrative role in higher education. Further details relating to the role are provided in the below job description.
