Have a good understanding serving coffees, alcohol and wine to both a bar and restaurant environment. Opening and closing shifts, including cash ups and end of day sign offs Aid in developing & mentoring the Food & Beverage team to deliver great service. A willing to continue your development with both in-house and external training sessions.
