We are looking for a confident, proactive Operations Officer to take ownership of recruitment, payroll, client management, and business relationship development. Salary & Benefits: Salary: £30,000 per annum Bonus scheme be rewarded for your hard work Healthy work-life balance Pension Office-based role within a supportive and dynamic team Onsite parking for added convenience What Youll Be Doing: As an Operations Officer, youll play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering a high level of service to clients and drivers. Your responsibilities will include: End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the full recruitment process from advertising roles to interviewing and selecting candidates. Conducting comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure compliance and quality. Handling the onboarding process, ensuring all legal and operational requirements are met before candidates start work. Payroll & Compliance: Managing weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for all employees. Handling any payroll queries and ensuring compliance with regulations. Maintaining accurate records and updating the company CRM with driver and client details. Client & Driver Relationship Management: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with high-quality candidates. Working alongside clients to understand their requirements and build strong, long-term business relationships. Providing ongoing support to employees, ensuring they have a positive experience and remain engaged. What Were Looking For: A highly motivated, outgoing, and confident individual. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both clients and employees. A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle payroll and compliance efficiently. Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, or operations within logistics or a related industry is preferred. Strong IT skills, including CRM systems and job board management. A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
