JOB TITLE: Junior PA

SALARY: up to £30,000
The Role:
As a Junior PA, your primary responsibility will be to support the Director and ensure the investment department runs smoothly. You'll be the backbone of the team, helping with various administrative tasks and contributing to the success of our operations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Director's diary by booking and recording appointments
2. Schedule and record meetings in team diaries
3. Provide comprehensive administrative support during the sales process and research
4. Assist with raising fee accounts for the Director and team
5. Reconcile the Director's credit card expenses and process claims on their behalf
6. Organise access to properties for surveys, EPCs, plans, and viewings
7. Register the Director's interest for new properties/transactions with various agents
8. Prepare documents, emails, letters, and templates in line with company standards
9. Take meeting minutes, ensuring actions are agreed upon and followed up
10. Answer phone calls and pass messages to relevant team members
11. Monitor listings and updates on various databases, including Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Rightmove, and more
12. Update internal schedules and take notes at team meetings
13. Assist in preparing marketing materials and canvassing efforts
14. Review and regularly update department processes and procedures
