The Role
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) manager will lead Wealthify’s annual budgeting and regular forecasting cycles, reporting and analysing the company’s financial results, and creating insights that guide senior management in achieving the company’s financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Create robust budgets and forecasts, in collaboration with functional heads to bring together the Business Plan to achieve strategic and financial goals. Revision and testing of logic through scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
* Create and communicate regular financial reporting and analysis to monitor business performance against targets, track key initiatives and enable data-driven decision-making.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting, including periodic reviews of KPIs and MI visualisation
* Manage and enhance financial systems, tools and databases.
* Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations
Required experience
* Proven ability to manage operational deliverables with a strong commercial mindset with a track record of achievement in FP&A/Commercial roles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills managing FP&A implementation
* Knowledge of Power BI and Anaplan
* Strong written communication skills through PowerPoint style presentation outputs, with the ability to convey messages in concise non-technical language. Audience includes Senior Management and the Board.
* Experience within financial services would be very advantageous, but not essential

What We Offer
* Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
