Role Profile
My client is a thriving Engineering business in the Stockport area, looking to hire an Operations Administrator to support their Service Engineering team.
This is a 6 month contract and the business is looking for someone to start ASAP! However, there is potential the contract will be extended beyond the initial term.

Key responsibilities:
* Provide day to day support for the team of Field Service Engineers
* Support the Service Engineers with any administrative tasks as required
* Process Engineers' timesheets & expenses
* Maintain records on holidays, leave & absence
* Book global travel arrangements for the Engineers
* Maintain training and certification records
* Organise / book training courses as required
Ideal Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a busy administrative role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to multitask
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to forge good relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
* Good basic knowledge of MS Excel
* Previous SAP experience and/or experience booking global travel would be a real advantage, but not essential
