About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, driven and talented social media professional to join our Recruitment, Marketing and Communications (RMC) department. The postholder will plan, deliver and implement social media content and campaigns to enhance NTU’s global reputation and support the university’s strategic priorities and objectives.
Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the postholder will work collaboratively with teams across RMC including the Marketing and Campaigns team, School Marketing teams and International Student Recruitment team, producing innovative and engaging content for NTU’s organic social media channels (UK and international).
With demonstrable content production and project management skills, you will be educated to degree level or have a relevant marketing or social media qualification. You will have a strong track record of creating and editing engaging social media content for specific audience(s) and experience delivering multi-channel social media campaigns. You’ll be a trail-blazer with a keen eye for detail and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills along with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Play a key role in developing and implementing organic social media campaigns
2. Lead the co-ordination and production timely, creative, engaging and sharable content
3. Support the development of our digital student ambassador scheme

5. Demonstrable experience developing and delivering organic social media strategies and social media campaigns for complex stakeholders
6. A proven track record in producing engaging multimedia social media content
