Job Title: Ad-Hoc Secondary Teachers - Flexible Support Across Surrey

Are you a passionate Secondary Teacher looking for flexible work opportunities?
We are seeking ad-hoc Secondary Teachers to provide support in mainstream and Special Educational Needs (SEN) secondary schools across Surrey, including Camberley, Guildford, and Woking. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced educators who want to work around their schedule while making a positive impact on the education of secondary-aged students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom teaching support in a variety of secondary school settings (mainstream and SEN)
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with additional learning requirements
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support students' academic progress, particularly in SEN schools
- Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure effective classroom management
- Assist with the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students in SEN schools

Requirements:
- Qualified Secondary Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
- Experience working in secondary schools, mainstream and/or SEN settings
- Strong classroom management skills and a compassionate approach
- Flexibility and reliability to work across a range of schools
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
