Job Description
* Develop and lead the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and other industry standards.
* Drive cultural transformation by coaching and mentoring teams, embedding quality principles across all levels.
* Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce defects, and enhance product reliability.
* Utilise data analysis to identify trends, prioritize improvements, and communicate performance metrics to leadership.

What We Are Looking For
This role demands a hands-on leader who can navigate complexity, communicate effectively, and inspire teams.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a Quality leadership role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
* Expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive solutions.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards.
* Experience managing audits and regulatory compliance.
* Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives, preferably with Lean or Six Sigma certification.
Desirable
* Experience in bespoke, engineer-to-order manufacturing or construction.
* ERP system implementation experience.
