Occupational Therapy goals are central to each service user’s care plan within EROS, offering a unique opportunity to enhance leadership and care planning skills. The role allows for autonomy in practice and encourages creative, forward-thinking approaches to recovery. In EROS, we support flexible working patterns. The successful candidate will be mentored by experienced Band 7 OTs, along with a skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team.
