Meritt is excited to present an opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join a specialist B2B sales team, working with leading technology and software companies across the UK, Europe, and North America. MarTech, FinTech, and Cybersecurity, with the chance to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to inside sales .
What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving New Business – Identify fresh opportunities, engage prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and secure qualified appointments.
* Nurturing Relationships – Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team.
* Staying Organized – Keep Salesforce and other sales tools updated with prospect data, outreach activity, and performance metrics.
* Collaborating & Innovating – Work with enterprise and inside sales teams to refine lead qualification processes.
* Hitting Targets – Meet or exceed monthly quotas to ensure a strong pipeline for client growth.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in Automotive Sales – Previous success in selling to the automotive industry.
* SaaS/Tech Know-How – Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
* High-Volume Outreach Skills – Comfortable making multiple calls and emails daily while maintaining energy and positivity.
* Competitive Drive – Ambitious, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change.
* CRM Proficiency – Familiar with Salesforce or similar platforms and sales engagement tools.
* Great Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
* Organized & Efficient – Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain a structured pipeline.
* No Degree Required – What matters most is your drive and experience .

* Salary: £28,000–£32,000 base + £4,000 annual KPI bonus (uncapped).
