Join the Close Brothers Asset and Leasing Team (Transport) where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration and processing of information relating to the vehicle fleet in the areas of Legal/compliant events on all HGV and LCV vehicles.
Working as part of the Vehicle Hire team our ideal team member will have previous administrative experience and supported compliance related activities including regular reporting and document reviews.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
* Handle all Legal/compliance events on HGV/LCV vehicles following company procedures and guidelines, in line with customer operators’ licence and DVSA requirements, ensuring minimum disruption to customers' operation.
* Responsibility for forward planning all scheduled legal events within set timescales, such as PMI safety inspection, MOT, Tail lift inspections, Tacho and fridge services. This is to be accomplished by running activity reports, liaising with customers and suppliers, building a working relationship with all internal & external customers & suppliers.
* Process all legal documentation and ensure these are scanned and uploaded in a timely manner on to the CBVH systems, use of external data management systems to extract all relevant legal documentations.
* Manage suppliers and raising of purchase order numbers, ensuring costs are controlled following company procedures and guidelines also supplier service level agreements are adhered to.
* Ensure that all Close Brothers Vehicle Hire systems are fully updated with accurate and clear information so that CVS Live has the correct customer visibility.
* Working towards KPI set by business, development of new KPI reports when required.
* The ability to convey information to others effectively and efficiently, with good verbal and written communication, help facilitate of information between within a company, the ability to deal with conflict and challenges that may arise.
* Effectively plan and organise time to maximise productivity and efficiency for the individual, the workshops and the customers.
* Be flexible in approach to work and undertake other additional administration tasks as required.

* Strong interpersonal skills and you are able to work well as part of a team as well as individually.
* Practical problem-solving ability.
* Computer literate and have experience using Microsoft Office software.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:
* Have previous experience working within a similar field or with HGV and LCV vehicles.
