Your Duties: Efficiently and accurately process sales orders received via email and phone. Update and maintain order records as required. Address customer queries on order status in a timely and courteous manner. Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery schedules. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle multiple responsibilities, including answering calls, processing orders, and managing inquiries and complaints with professionalism. Ensure all transactions are completed within service level agreements. Track and input order details with precision. Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up as necessary. Manage phone inquiries and customer issues effectively. Utilise internal systems to support daily operations. Coordinate with customers on any changes to delivery arrangements. Track and provide proof of delivery when required. Follow returns procedures with diligence and attention to detail. Candidate Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft applications with solid general computer literacy. 2-3 years of experience in administration or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with relevant systems is a plus. Your Profile: Essential Skills: Confident, highly organised, and detail-oriented. Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude. Outstanding communication skills with a talent for building strong customer relationships. Strong IT skills, including proficiency with relevant software. Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced setting. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of service.
