Are you an experienced Personal Assistant with proven board-level experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment? Katie Bard are seeking a highly organised and proactive PA to support the CEO of a well-established manufacturing company based near Stourbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic business with a wonderful Executive team and play a key role in supporting senior leadership.
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO and Executive team, you will be responsible for managing a complex diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events to ensure optimal time management. You will also coordinate international travel across Europe and worldwide, handling flight bookings, accommodation, visa applications, and itineraries with precision.
In this role, you will prepare agendas, attend meetings, take accurate minutes, follow up on action points to ensure seamless execution. You will act as a key point of contact, handling emails, calls, and correspondence while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Additional responsibilities include drafting, proofreading, and formatting reports, presentations, and business documents. You will also oversee the management of company vehicles, ensuring all legal paperwork, maintenance, and compliance requirements are met. General administrative support, including expense management, ordering office supplies, and greeting visitors, will also form a crucial part of your role.
Requirements:
Applicants must have proven PA experience at Board Level including solid diary management
Experience of working in manufacturing, Engineering or similar
Experience of international travel (Including Visas etc)
