Job Title: Hygiene Operator (Industrial Cleaner)
Location: Cullompton, Devon, UK
Contract / Shift: Permanent, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday on an 8-hour shift including Bank holidays.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring feed safety is a priority during production.
2. Completion of daily cleaning schedules
3. General Mill cleaning – hovering, mopping and general hygiene.
4. Support maintenance teams to communicate any issues and basic maintenance tasks.
5. Wider support for overall mill growth supporting with projects or ad hoc work as part of the wider Mill team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes a varied role where you can get your hands dirty and be part of a small friendly team where everyone can get stuck in to get the job done. You will contribute to the growth of the business by ensuring that the mill performs at its best allowing production targets to be met.
To be effective we are looking for some of the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
6. Previous experience in production environment ideally food or agriculture
7. Ability to be multi-skilled and good to support the needs of the Mill.
8. Computer literate with ability to learn new systems with experience of MS Office such as teams and excel.
9. Happy to work in a noisy, dusty, and busy environment.
