This is a new role within ATASS Sports, based in Exeter. You will collaborate closely with the Director of People, the Strategic Board, and other staff members to support employees while promoting and implementing the company's long-term People Strategy. * Build Relationships: Develop connections to ensure seamless and impactful support for our staff.
* First Point of Contact: Be approachable and provide judgement-free assistance to staff seeking help and support.
* Support and Development: Coach and develop employees to maximise their potential while nurturing our culture.
* Project Management: Lead key initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
* Mental Health First Aid: Join and contribute to our Mental Health First Aid group.
* Training Opportunities: Identify and present new training opportunities to the Director team.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement key initiatives.
* Employee Check-ins: Support regular employee check-ins and lead action planning.
