Roles and Responsibilities:
* Supporting with personal care needs
* Supporting with nutrition and hydration
* Supporting with medication
* Supporting with manual handling transfers
* Providing companionship
Experience and Suitability:
Previous experience is not essential. We seek compassionate, caring, and patient individuals who treat our customers like family. We provide comprehensive induction training and shadowing to ensure confidence and competence, along with ongoing support from a dedicated mentor.
* Full UK driving licence

Working Patterns:
We offer flexible full-time or part-time hours to accommodate your personal commitments. Our Care Coordinator will support you in creating a suitable schedule. Please note that alternate weekend work is essential.
