The Role
The post holder will deliver high quality care in accordance with guidance given and work delegated by registered nurses. The post holder will ensure a person centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain quality strategy.

What we'll need you to bring
* SVQ III in healthcare, or working towards, or equivalent experience working within a caring environment/role.
* Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary/agency team.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to carry out assigned patient care tasks effectively within a busy environment.
* Ability to work unsupervised.
* To actively participate in the Personal Development Plan process to fulfil the requirements of continuing professional development.
* Working knowledge of basic information technology.
* Car driver with a full, valid UK/EU/EEA licence.
Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
It would be great if you also have
* Training in physical health checks in areas such as BP monitoring and venepuncture.
* Previous experience in working with people in a community setting.
* Knowledge and awareness of community supports for older people.
Contract type: Permanent
Part Time: 30 hours
Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
Location and Working Pattern: This role will be based in Kenilworth Medical within Kenilworth Health Centre. The working pattern for this role will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
